Helpful Guides

"What did I do? What am I looking at? It looks like someone put a screen door over my image. How do I get this to go away?"

It's an interesting question with a simple answer.

You're looking at a
Pixel Grid. The Pixel Grid appears in magnifications above 500% and is enabled by default on systems that support the OpenGL acceleration.

To control the viewing of this grid, go to View>Show>Pixel Grid.

How does the grid help us? You can use the grid to assist in making precise adjustments to your masks or in getting your coordinate descriptions just right.
